It seems you have a sort of red desert, sandy kinda room.
Carpet i think you should get a dark blue to offset the rest of the room and break u the colour a bit.

You have a lot of strong colors going on. Ground it with a neutral beighe carpet. If you want add some interest with texture. Try a cut berber, it is comfortable and will ground the room and still add some style

a nice cream or light beige it would blend with both brown and red hope this helps sue
